DESCRIPTION:
Enter Freedom Town, a South American jungle commune established by charismatic American leaders Isaac and Rebecca Walker during the late 1970s. As former law-enforcement officer Vic, you have come to check on your nephew Alex and discover whether his relatives' fears are justified. Infiltrate the compound through stealth or violence, investigate its daily life and decide how far to go in pursuit of answers. The Church in the Darkness asks you to evaluate people and beliefs whose outward welcome may conceal danger. Finding Alex is only part of the problem, because determining what he needs and what the community truly represents can change the meaning of a rescue.
