DESCRIPTION:
Wreckfest combines racing with the constant possibility that contact will change the shape and handling of your car. Its physics model gives collisions a central role, supporting demolition derbies as well as crowded contests for the finish line. Older, battered vehicles form a roster with different strengths, while upgrades affect engines and protective equipment rather than appearance alone. Reinforcing a car can help it survive but also changes what it brings to a race. Challenge activities add vehicles such as lawnmowers and school buses. The game treats damage as an evolving part of the competition, asking you to balance speed with the ability to remain functional after the next impact.
