DESCRIPTION:
Return to Arpéchéle, an island where residents die at twenty-three and cloned bodies preserve memories through a controversial download system. Virche Evermore -EpiC: Lycoris extends the original story through five kinds of additional tales, exploring unanswered mysteries and the people surrounding the girl known as Death. Interludes revisit events and possible alternatives, expanded paths develop relationships further, and epilogues follow both Despair and Salvation endings. Other stories examine the guardian of the black lycoris flowers and Ankou's connection to the heroine's future. The collection adds perspectives on a country whose attempts to escape mortality have deeply shaped love, identity and the meaning of survival.
