This pre-owned game is in good condition and includes the pictured case and contents. Each of the cover, booklet, and official Battlefield 4 promo card are in excellent condition. The game disc is good, with light scratches only, which do not hinder gameplay performance in any way. The case is near mint aside from a plastic crack across the top, which has been sustained most likely in postage. In terms of presentation it looks absolutely pristine. The plastic crack does not hinder its performance or functionality in any way.
