DESCRIPTION:
Two pixel-art stories place intense action beside the quieter routines of troubled lives. The Friends of Ringo Ishikawa follows a high-school gang leader through fights, friendships, classes, jobs and everyday choices as the end of school approaches. Spend each day freely while a story about growing up develops around him. Arrest of a Stone Buddha moves to France in 1976, following a hitman whose lethal gun battles contrast with visits to cafés, cinemas and museums. Both games use ordinary spaces to give their protagonists context beyond combat. This paired release connects distinctive settings with a reflective interest in what happens between violent encounters.
