DESCRIPTION:
Explore four decades of Tetris through an interactive history containing more than fifteen playable games. Revisit a recreation of the original Electronika 60 version, try the competitive variations of Tetris Battle Gaiden and discover how Super Bombliss uses explosions to change line clearing. Documentary features explain the partnership between creator Alexey Pajitnov and Henk Rogers, connecting the games with the people who brought them to an international audience. The collection includes releases previously unavailable outside Japan, giving the familiar falling-block concept a wider range of interpretations. Its mix of play and historical material shows how one simple design developed through different machines, audiences and creative experiments.
