Item is in very tidy condition – game disc good with only mild markings and ghost scratches, all inner paperwork excellent, and the rare authentic Cardboard Collector’s Box fantastic for its age with only mild shelf wear and the paper remains of a price sticker (this is NOT tear in the box!) as pictured.
