DESCRIPTION:
Velvet Crowe seeks revenge against those responsible for her brother’s death, travelling with companions whose own histories complicate her increasingly ruthless path. The story sets emotional conviction against reason, asking how much of the person she once was can survive her pursuit. Fast action battles allow extensive skill customisation, while stealing Souls from enemies strengthens the combinations available during a fight. Developing a personal combat style gives the party different ways to respond to threats across a world of mysteries and betrayals. This remaster updates usability and presentation while returning to Velvet’s central struggle between the relationships she forms and the anger that first drove her forward.
