DESCRIPTION:
Bombyx Mori rules a world where citizens must produce two-dimensional games for its leader, and new technology is treated as a threat. Super Neptunia RPG turns that premise into a self-aware fantasy adventure about gaming culture and resistance. Hand-drawn characters explore painted dungeons, while battles use a turn-based system in which the current leader determines the party’s attacking approach. Changing leaders during encounters creates different tactical possibilities, supported by transformations and elemental abilities. The familiar Neptunia cast appears in a distinctly illustrated style, bringing the series’ humour to a story where the argument between old and new games has become a political conflict.
