DESCRIPTION:
Sonic Unleashed sends Sonic around the world in an adventure with two contrasting styles of play. Daytime stages focus on the hedgehog's familiar speed, using boosts, quick steps and drifting to negotiate routes filled with obstacles. At night, Sonic's transformed Werehog form brings a slower pace, with physical combat and different movement abilities. The journey combines two-dimensional sections with expansive three-dimensional environments, taking inspiration from a variety of real-world locations. Learning how each form handles its challenges is central to progressing. The changing rhythm between fast daytime runs and nighttime action gives this entry its own identity within the Sonic series.
