DESCRIPTION:
Rocket Arena was a team-based shooter built around rocket-powered weapons, distinct heroes and matches where taking damage could send a character flying out of the arena. Its colourful maps and unusual abilities encouraged squads to experiment with different combinations and ways to control the action. The design emphasised returning to the fight rather than treating every knock-out as a conventional death. However, EA closed the game's online servers on 21 March 2024, and the game can no longer be played. This physical retail edition is therefore relevant as a sealed collectible, rather than a working multiplayer game, despite the gameplay described on its original packaging.
