DESCRIPTION:
Explore the pixel art and chiptune imagination of Riki through a collection containing two arcade-style games and three music releases. Kira Kira Star Night sends you running through colourful city scenery while gathering stars, and Astro Ninja Man DX focuses on firing upward at descending threats. The music side brings together 8bit Music Power, Final and Encore, drawing on a roster of thirty-six composers. Contributors include Yuzo Koshiro, Manami Matsumae and Manabu Namiki, connecting this modern celebration to several influential game soundtracks. The collection alternates active retro play with dedicated listening, presenting the visual and musical personality of its eight-bit-inspired projects.
