DESCRIPTION:
Froslass (RC8/RC32) from the 2016 Generations: Radiant Collection subset is a Stage 1 Water-type holo card with 90 HP. Its Drag Along Ability can take an attacker down with it on a lucky coin flip if Froslass is Knocked Out while Active, and Snowy Drop offers flexible, spread-damage control by placing four damage counters anywhere on the opponent’s Pokemon. One of the more sought-after cards in the Radiant Collection subset.
