DESCRIPTION:
NewU Fitness First Mind Body: Yoga & Pilates Workout presents guided exercise routines through the Wii. Its focus is on yoga and Pilates movements, with demonstrations helping players follow positions and build a sequence of activities. Breathing, posture and controlled movement form part of the presentation, offering a different pace from competitive sports software. The physical cover advertises support for compatible Wii accessories, which must be supplied separately where needed. It belongs to the period when the console was widely used for home fitness. This listing concerns the matching Wii disc, case and manual; an unrelated Telecom computer disc in the photograph requires separate clarification.
