DESCRIPTION:
Maneater makes you the shark in an action RPG set around the Gulf Coast. Feeding, exploring and evolving gradually changes what you can survive, with nutrients and discoveries supporting improvements beyond an ordinary animal’s abilities. Seven regions include bayous, resort beaches, industrial docks and open water, each offering different prey and threats. Humans respond with increasingly dangerous hunting parties, turning notoriety into another source of conflict. Customisable evolutions change the shark’s strengths as the campaign progresses. Chris Parnell narrates the story with a comic edge, accompanying an open-world adventure where the usual relationship between frightened swimmer and dangerous predator is reversed.
