DESCRIPTION:
Use Curse Bullets to change the behaviour and danger of encounters in a shooter whose difficulty can be manipulated during play. Cursing smaller enemies removes them and clears projectiles, while using the same power on larger targets makes them tougher and raises the potential score. You can even curse your own character to increase damage when the risk seems worthwhile. Movement controls the advance through a stage rather than an automatic scroll, but a timer prevents indefinite hesitation. ReCurse collects earlier modes, additional characters and music around this distinctive system, asking players to balance survival against the temptation to create a more dangerous but rewarding battle.
