DESCRIPTION:
Liberated unfolds inside a hand-drawn comic, moving between story panels and playable scenes without abandoning the page. Its near-future society uses constant connectivity as a tool for authoritarian control, while an insurgent movement attempts to challenge the system. Different perspectives complicate the idea of a simple conflict between good and evil. Side-scrolling action combines shooting, stealth and platforming, connecting physical events with the surrounding graphic-novel narrative. The Enhanced Edition adds two story expansions, voiced English dialogue and gameplay refinements. The format makes reading and acting parts of one experience, using the comic’s visual language to explore how people justify the truths they choose to defend.
