DESCRIPTION:
Sakuya Izayoi searches for Remilia and the missing residents of Scarlet Devil Mansion after their castle mysteriously returns and spring fails to arrive. This gothic Touhou action sequel combines side-scrolling stages with dense patterns of enemy fire. Use Sakuya's blades, limited flight and evasive backsteps to survive, then prepare sub-weapons and partner summons before entering another stage. A time-stopping watch and allies' individual techniques offer useful answers to difficult encounters. The Nintendo Switch release updates the artwork and voice presentation, adding an epilogue, boss-rush challenge and playable Reimu. Familiar Touhou characters become formidable opponents as the search draws Sakuya deeper into the castle's mystery.
