DESCRIPTION:
Control an ox-headed robot trying to outwit an all-seeing eye in Jeff Minter’s reimagining of an Atari arcade concept. Flip tiles to open the path through a level, but avoid jumping when the eye watches or it will destroy you. Successful navigation leads into tube sequences where hostile shapes must be blasted out of the way, while arena stages add another form of combat challenge. Kaleidoscopic colours, shifting forms and unexpected llamas give the experience Minter’s recognisable personality. The simple objective becomes harder to maintain within its visual intensity, asking you to separate practical routes and threats from the constantly moving spectacle around them.
