DESCRIPTION:
Haddonfield prepares for Halloween in 1978 without recognising the danger returning to its streets. Play as Michael Myers and use concealment, patience and relentless pursuit to stalk residents, or take the role of a local hero trying to protect neighbours from him. The asymmetrical horror sandbox gives the two sides very different objectives and abilities. Townspeople are not merely passive targets: threatened residents may fight back or call authorities, making the neighbourhood’s response part of the threat facing the killer. The game draws its tension from the contrast between ordinary suburban preparations and the arrival of a figure whose intentions turn familiar homes and shadows into sources of fear.
