DESCRIPTION:
Yumetaro summons a bouncing star that serves as both a weapon and a tool for navigating difficult spaces. Gimmick! Special Edition revisits Sunsoft’s early platformer, whose physics allow creative routes, trick shots and access to hidden areas. Learning the star’s movement is central to handling enemies and reaching the game’s secrets. This edition adds saving, quick loading and rewind, giving players practical help when learning demanding sections. Time Attack offers another goal for experienced runners, while Serious Mode removes the modern conveniences. A gallery of artwork, cartridges and scanned manuals provides historical context alongside a sound test for the original game’s distinctive music.
