DESCRIPTION:
Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm & Exercise guides punches, dodges and other movements to music through Nintendo Switch’s Joy-Con controllers. Nine virtual instructors offer different personalities, while workout intensity can range from light to more demanding sessions. Free Training allows routines to be arranged independently, and examples help practise individual moves before combining them. A second person can join for a shared workout. Progress tracking and achievements provide continuing goals, with rewards used for instructor outfits. The experience centres on keeping time and following guided movement rather than defeating an opponent, allowing a routine to be shaped around available time and the level of challenge preferred.
