DESCRIPTION:
The death of Ivalice’s king leaves a child on the throne and rival dukes competing to control the regency. Against the growing War of the Lions, noble-born Ramza and his commoner friend Delita find their lives drawn into a struggle larger than either anticipated. Lead a party across three-dimensional tactical battlefields, using elevation, positioning and the turn order to create advantages. A flexible job system allows characters to combine abilities from different roles, giving careful preparation a major influence on the encounters ahead. The story connects battlefield decisions with questions of class, ambition and loyalty in a kingdom divided by powerful families.
