DESCRIPTION:
Explore an ever-changing artistic world in El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron, a third-person action adventure that moves between three-dimensional combat and platforming sequences with a flatter perspective. Its visual environments transform as the journey advances, treating colour, shape and texture as central parts of the experience. A compact set of actions covers jumping, attacking, guarding and stealing weapons, but timing and the relationships between offensive and defensive choices give battles greater depth. The HD remaster revisits the original game's unusual presentation and carefully paced encounters. Learning its understated systems is as important as responding to the unfamiliar scenery and threats appearing along the route.
