Rool threatens DK Isle with his Blast-O-Matic weapon, players must explore huge worlds, collect golden bananas, and unlock new abilities. The game introduced a five-character system, letting you switch between Donkey Kong, Diddy, Lanky, Tiny, and Chunky, each with their own unique skills and weapons. Packed with collectibles, puzzles, and minigames, Donkey Kong 64 is one of the N64’s biggest and most ambitious titles, and famously required the Expansion Pak to run.
