DESCRIPTION:
Lloyd knows he is dreaming, but that knowledge does not make waking up easy. DARQ follows the boy through a nightmare that becomes stranger each time he tries to escape it. Solving puzzles requires accepting altered rules, including changes to gravity and the arrangement of familiar spaces. Dangerous creatures make cautious movement necessary, turning some sections into stealth challenges. The adventure uses the uncertain logic of dreams to connect its environments rather than presenting a conventional realistic world. This Complete Edition gathers the experience into one release, following Lloyd’s attempt to understand enough of his subconscious surroundings to finally break the cycle and return to waking life.
