DESCRIPTION:
Cricket 2005 recreates the balance between scoring runs and protecting a wicket, with batting, bowling and fielding all under your control. Read the bowler’s delivery before choosing a defensive stroke, a quick single or a more ambitious shot towards the boundary. With the ball, vary length and direction, use seam or spin and adjust the field to tempt a particular mistake. Longer matches reward building an innings and sustained bowling pressure, while limited-overs contests demand closer attention to the required scoring rate. International and domestic competition provide different settings for these decisions, making the changing state of a match as important as the individual delivery.
