DESCRIPTION:
Choose an international side or enter domestic cricket through English and Australian competitions, developing a campaign beyond one isolated match. Cricket 2004 combines batting, bowling and field placement with tours and season progression, where fitness and form can influence selection decisions. Judge whether a delivery should be defended, placed into a gap or attacked toward the boundary, then change bowling tactics when an opposition batter settles. Player editing and statistical presentation add detail around the contest, while television-style replays connect the action with familiar broadcasts. The broader selection of competitions gives different contexts to the same central struggle between building a reliable innings and finding a way to take wickets.
