DESCRIPTION:
Bub, Bob and their fellow dragons trap opponents inside bubbles and burst them to clear colourful platform stages. Bubble Bobble 4 Friends: The Baron Is Back expands the adventure to two hundred levels, adding the relentless Baron von Blubba to its challenges. Bubbles also provide temporary platforms, making them useful for movement as well as combat. Collecting E-X-T-E-N-D bubbles upgrades abilities such as lightning and bomb attacks, opening further strategies. Up to four people can cooperate locally, while the original 1986 arcade game offers a comparison with the series’ beginning. The mixture rewards both quick reactions and an understanding of air currents, enemy positions and the opportunities created by each bubble.
