DESCRIPTION:
Frank Schwarz loses his government job after being framed and avoids prison only by accepting work as an undercover spy. Acting as a landlord, he searches tenants’ flats for forbidden possessions and carries out demands from the security service. At the same time, he schemes within the Ministry to recover his position, navigating factions competing for power. The management adventure makes advancement depend on choices about whom to expose, protect or sacrifice. Frank’s family and former comforts provide a personal motive, but the path back raises questions about whether he should support the existing system or use the information he gathers to help change it.
