DESCRIPTION:
A greedy Pea crosses the Awesome Islands in search of every coin it can reach. Awesome Pea uses straightforward running and jumping to build a platforming challenge across thirty levels. Attractive outdoor scenery can conceal hazards, while dungeons add their own traps and dangerous creatures. The monochrome-green pixel appearance and retro music recall older handheld games, giving the small hero’s journey a consistent visual identity. Progress relies on recognising what the next stretch demands and making controlled jumps rather than relying on an elaborate set of powers. Its simple treasure-hunting premise keeps attention on navigating the stages and surviving long enough to leave with their gold.
