DESCRIPTION:
The caretaker of the Atari Vault discovers a dead pixel that begins corrupting and combining classic games. Atari Mania turns that crisis into a microgame adventure, with more than one hundred and fifty challenges mixing ideas from the company’s catalogue. A Pong paddle might answer a Centipede threat, while familiar creatures appear in roles their original games never required. Exploration, puzzles and tools connect those short encounters within the Vault. Collectibles include artwork, manuals and posters that add historical context. The retro-inspired presentation makes the game both a celebration and a playful disruption of Atari’s history, asking the caretaker to restore order by understanding its newly scrambled rules.
