DESCRIPTION:
Assassin's Creed II follows Ezio Auditore from a young Florentine nobleman into the secret conflict between Assassins and Templars. Renaissance Italian cities become playgrounds for rooftop movement, stealth and close combat, with markets, canals and landmarks providing varied routes to each target. Ezio gains weapons and tools as the story develops, and can improve his family's villa while uncovering the conspiracy behind his losses. Missions mix investigation, pursuit and assassination with optional exploration. The modern-day framing story continues through Desmond Miles and the Animus, connecting Ezio's memories to a much larger struggle across history and giving the adventure its distinctive historical mystery.
