DESCRIPTION:
Akka Arrh revisits an unreleased Atari-era idea through Jeff Minter’s distinctive arcade design. From a central turret, you repel waves of attackers and create chains of explosions that build ammunition for carefully aimed shots. Enemies crossing the outer boundary force a quick change to close-range combat, making shifts in perspective part of the challenge. Losing every protective ring ends the attempt, while effective combinations improve both survival and scoring. Fifty stages offer a continuing test of control amid colourful effects and sound. Options to reduce the strongest visual flashes broaden accessibility without changing the underlying task of turning incoming chaos into a planned chain reaction.
