Some light paper creasing on the booklet and I spotted one tiny paper tear on a back corner of the paper cover. Overall in very good condition, and would make a nice addition to anyone’s collection either as a display item or if someone has the loose game discs to house inside this case. GAME DISC NOT INCLUDED.
