The PS3 version uses a specific USB wireless receiver/dongle, often model “95121.806” for the Les Paul Wireless edition.

Important: The dongle is not interchangeable between different guitar models or brands — using the wrong dongle means the guitar won’t sync.

To sync: Plug the dongle into a USB port on the PS3, press the sync button on the dongle and then press the sync button on the guitar.
