Excellent condition with all pictured accessories + instructions included. This was a mailaway order that WAS available here in New Zealand, along with the parachute pack and Hooded Cobra Commander in 1989. This was the only exclusive mail order GI Joe promotion that New Zealand received to my knowledge. The Hooded Cobra Commander and Parachute pack are sold separately.
