The inside the of the paper cover has a tiny black smudge (not visible from front or back), and the disc some light markings, but these are purely cosmetic. This example is in superb condition overall.

If you liked the original F.E.A.R., you will probably like this expansion pack a lot. You don’t have to own or have played the original to enjoy it though. It’s completely stand alone but it does help to have some background in the story. I played the original way after it’s release and I’m playing this even farther from it’s release but both games have a great oldschool FPS feel and entertaining game play. If you don’t like slightly dated games then stay away but if you still enjoy going back to last gen games then it’s worth buying, especially at the very low price it’s offered for now. It never won any awards that I know of but it’s addictive and a great way to burn a few hours.
