Dante’s Inferno: Divine Edition is a hack-and-slash action-adventure game for the PlayStation 3. The game is a loose adaptation of the first part of Dante Alighieri’s epic poem, “The Divine Comedy.” Players take on the role of Dante, a Crusader knight who must descend through the nine circles of Hell to save the soul of his beloved Beatrice from Lucifer.

• A unique reimagining of the classic poem: The game’s story is a new take on Dante’s Inferno, with Dante as a Templar knight.
