This preowned game is in good condition and comes complete with case + back cover + manual / booklet (whcih doubles as the front cover) + game disc. Disc has some minor light scratches, and the front plastic panel has a small plastic crack, but these are purely cosmetic imperfections which do not affect functionality or performance in any way.
