Xbox One Console (Includes Hard Drive) (error 10040C02 80004005)

XBox One Console for sale. When we turn this console on, the TV displays error 10040C02 80004005 and we have been unable to bypass this startup error message.  This console is in very good condition cosmetically, in spite of the error message. We are selling this console as a preowned console which will need repaired or can be used for parts. The original hard drive is inside the console. Console only. No controller / power adapter / accessories are included.
